I’ve been a fan of Vichy for ages. The long and the short of it is that their products are suitable for the more sensitive skin types – whether you’re tackling dryness, acne, or anything inbetween.
Being somewhat sensitive myself, I really like their approach. Their Normaderm Hyaluspot is the only spot treatment I can use, because it contains two exfoliating and anti-inflammatory acids as well as hydrators that work to create an invisible band aid on your skin.
What it DOESN’T contain is terribly drying ingredients that leaves you with irritation and pigmentation marks once your spot has finally vanished – so this is a great product even for a dry skin that gets the occasional pimple.
The Vichy Capital Soleil sunscreens are the business. I always have a giant 300ml tube floating around the house – I don’t feel stingy to slap it onto whoever needs some extra SPF (I’m known as the Sun Police among family and friends) because it’s such great value and 300ml lasts really long. Most of the time I use it on my chest and arms instead of body lotion in the mornings – it has a really good texture.
If your skin is on the parched side, the Vichy Aqualia Thermal range is the business. I’m keeping a jar of the Rich cream aside for winter, since it’s enriched with hyaluronic acid among other things, and it’s described as a bit of a barrier cream as well.
Now that you have an idea of some of the ranges on offer from Vichy, I’m excited to let you know what’s up for grabs.
Two readers will win a consultation and skin analysis at their nearest Vichy counter. A consultant will take a good look at your skin, and they’ll proceed to prescribe an ENTIRE range of skincare products customised to your needs – we’re talking cleanser, serum, moisturiser, sunscreen – you’ll walk away with the whole works.
Entry is via the Rafflecopter widget below, and although there are multiple ways to enter only the first question is compulsory – you can choose to leave out the other options or include them for bonus entries.
