Of the quads from the Chanel Les 4 Ombres 2014, Tisse Gabrielle was the second one I chose after Tisse Camelia (click here to see it).
My reasoning was that a palette with moody shimmery shades never hurt anyone, and one of the shades are khaki-ish and let me tell you, khaki is going to be BIG this winter. This way I can dabble without going full-on green because that ain’t happening, Mr Leprechaun. Also, I had forbidden myself from choosing bronze and brown neutrals, because Leprechaun knows I have enough of those.
Three of the shades are shimmery, including a moody khaki grey and a deep gunmetal oil-slick purple (don’t quote me on that description). The highlighter is super pearly, and not exactly my cuppa tea. The darkest shade is an intense cool brown with a satin/matte finish.
Tisse Gabrielle launches with the rest of the Les 4 Ombres 2014 collection on March 17, RRP R700.
