Remember this playful, butterlfy-inspired L’ete Papillon de Chanel makeup collection for Summer 2013? I received one of the cream eyeshadow sticks to review, and jumped right in.
I let out a little awkward gasp when I first swatched it on my hand – the texture is incredibly smooth. It builds intensity very easily, but you have to be quite quick with blending it. Which brings me to the next point – once it sits, it pretty much sits, which is a rarity for me. With the initial testing on my lids I didn’t have foundation or primer on them, but it stuck around for a good 10 hours. I never have this with cream shadows; they always crease on me no matter what the promises are.
It’s also pretty versatile, as you can either blend it out for an all over wash of colour, or apply it in an almost-solid manner too.
If I were to be cocky enough to give things ratings, I would rate this pretty high up. In fact, I’m pretty convinced that I *need* Exclusive Creation Stylo in Moon River too.
